Article 1: Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Priority Check-in (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), provided by Artefact Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Priority Check-in is a Figma plugin that enables users to upload screenshots to Apple's App Store Connect. The Service provides the following features:

The Service requires users to provide their own Apple App Store Connect API credentials. The Company does not have access to or control over your Apple account or app data.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain all rights to their own content (including screenshots and app data) uploaded through the Service. The Company does not claim any ownership rights to user content.

Article 8: Modifications to Service and Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

The Company may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the Service webpage. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
